“My husband started getting serious about his diet and exercise. One day it just hit me that I needed to do more if I wanted the results I was striving for. I finally went to my husband for help. He told me he had been waiting for a long time for me to take the step of asking for help. I think he knew if he came to me first that I would be defensive and defiant. He was probably right. Right away, he told me about this program. I have always felt too afraid to lift weights. Quite honestly, I did not know much about weight training and I was too intimidated to even venture over to that section of the gym. As far as eating, I have tried in the past to eat healthy.
