Lexington studio
Small-group personal training for women in Lexington, MA
At The Fitter Female, personal training doesn’t have to mean training alone. Our Lexington studio offers small-group personal training with no more than six women in a session, giving you the individual attention of personal training in a warm, welcoming setting.
Your workout is designed around you: your fitness level, your goals, your abilities, and what your body needs that day. Your membership also includes nutrition and lifestyle coaching, accountability, and progress tracking to support you beyond your workouts.
What a session looks like
From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll experience the same personal approach at either of our studios.
- One trainer. Up to six women. Small enough that your trainer knows your name, your goals, and the shoulder that bothers you.
- Personalized every visit. Workouts are designed around your fitness level, abilities, goals, and needs, never one-size-fits-all.
- A new workout every time. Your workout changes as you progress, so you're continually challenged without doing the same routine over and over.
- Monthly InBody 570 assessment. Non-invasive body composition tracking, so progress is measured in more than pounds.
- Nutrition & lifestyle coaching included. Practical guidance built around your goals and your individual lifestyle, with accountability to help you stay on track.
- Your membership gives back. A portion of every membership is donated to charitable organizations each month.
Meet the Lexington team
Glenn Nazarian
Founder & Owner
Glenn has built his life around fitness and it has become more than a passion. It is a way of life. After losing more than 100 pounds, he entered his first bodybuilding competition and found that he loved pushing himself, getting stronger, and seeing what his body could do.
Shortly after that first competition, Glenn was involved in a very serious car accident that began a long road to recovery. He spent months in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, working to rebuild his strength and mobility. Glenn believes the health and strength he had built before the accident played an important role in his recovery and gave him a strong foundation to rebuild from.
That experience changed the way Glenn looked at fitness. It became about much more than how you look. It became about being strong, staying mobile, and having the ability to keep doing the things you love.
After years in the fitness industry and becoming a multi-franchisee with another fitness model, Glenn decided to take what he had learned and create a model of his own: The Fitter Female. He wanted to create a culture centered around women, with zero judgment, and a place where women of all ages could feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. His goal was to create a place where women could get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. Whether someone is just getting started, getting back into exercise, or has been active for years, Glenn believes fitness should support the life you want to live, not take over your life.
Glenn is incredibly passionate about the community he has built and genuinely cares about the women who are part of it. For him, The Fitter Female is about more than workouts. It is about helping women build strength they can use in everyday life, feel good about themselves, and have the confidence to keep doing the things they love.
Glenn wants every woman who walks through the doors of The Fitter Female to leave feeling a little stronger than when she walked in.
Delane Nazarian
Lexington Studio Manager and Personal Trainer
Delane is the Manager and Trainer at our Lexington studio, with more than a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer. Her specialized background includes corrective exercise, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and end-of-life care.
Delane believes movement and strength are essential to longevity, independence, and quality of life. She sees fitness as one of the most powerful forms of preventative health and believes taking care of yourself can make a meaningful difference in how you experience life.
At the heart of her philosophy is a simple belief: life is what we make of it. Make the most of each day, appreciate the people and moments around you, and remember that the smallest things are often the ones that matter most.
Delane brings that perspective into the studio every day. Her bright, infectious spirit and genuine encouragement make women feel supported, challenged, and comfortable being themselves. She cares deeply about the women she works with and loves helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience along the way.
And while she takes her work seriously, Delane never takes life too seriously. When she isn’t training clients or managing the studio, there’s a good chance she’s at the gym, or upside down in a handstand!

For Hollie, wellness is personal. She cares deeply about the women she works with and loves helping them see what they’re capable of. Whether it’s building strength, gaining confidence, feeling better, or simply bringing more joy into their lives, she loves being part of that journey.
Hollie will challenge you, encourage you, and most certainly make you laugh along the way. She brings her knowledge and genuine care into every session, creating an environment where women feel supported while still being pushed to grow.
Outside of training, Hollie continues to pursue her passion for holistic health and wellness. She loves learning, sharing what she knows, and helping others find ways to make fitness and healthy living a lasting part of their lives.

"This place is the BEST! I had avoided joining a gym (and exercise for that matter) until the day I walked into The Fitter Female in Lexington and met Glenn and the trainers. One class and I was hooked. Now, six months later I am not only healthier, I look sassier too!"
